happy belated birthday
I'm not quite sure how I missed it, but 4 days ago, on June 12, global peasant turned 1 year old. Seems like just yesterday......

My passion for experimenting in my home test kitchen is only surpassed by an enthusiasm to share (most of) my inventions with others. Most recently, I have embarked on a ‘100 Day Raw Food Challenge’, which I hope to complete (in good health and without a bony behind) on September 8, 2009.
